This week we installed a Cete Automotive GmbH active suspension lowering module to this Q8. This kit is one of the best we have seen, it allows total control of your air suspension via the Audi MMI.
The module communicates via Bluetooth, uses an App to set up and is controlled via the Audi Drive Select.
You are free to adjust every Drive Select Mode by different values, it does not lower the car by a set amount over each mode like other methods we have seen.
