These Terms of Service apply to all work carried out by Etuners Australia (MVRL:57408) of 40 Pavesi St, Smithfield NSW 2164, and to your use of this website. By booking work with us or using this site, you agree to these terms.

Quotes provided through our website or over the phone are estimates based on the information you supply. Final pricing may change once we inspect the vehicle, and we will always confirm any changes with you before proceeding.

A booking is confirmed once we have agreed on the scope of work and a date. If you need to reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible.

ECU and TCU calibration work modifies your vehicle's factory software. Our calibrations are developed and tested for mechanically healthy vehicles. Before tuning, we recommend advanced diagnostics to confirm the vehicle's condition — issues arising from pre-existing mechanical faults are not covered by us.

Modifying a vehicle may affect the manufacturer's warranty and, depending on the modification, its compliance for road use. It is your responsibility to ensure your vehicle remains compliant with NSW road rules and your insurance requirements. Motorsport calibrations marked as track-only are not intended for road use.

Your original factory software is retained and your vehicle can be returned to stock on request.

Log book servicing is carried out in line with manufacturer schedules using quality parts and lubricants. Any additional work found during a service will be quoted and approved by you before we proceed.

Payment is due on completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Vehicles may be retained until payment is made in full.

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under that law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for faults caused by pre-existing mechanical conditions, misuse of the vehicle, work performed by others after our work, or use of the vehicle outside its intended purpose.
